What to Expect on Your Mallorca Cycling Tour

Each day starts with a continental breakfast at the hotel. We meet at 9:30 AM in the hotel lobby for a briefing, covering the day’s route and answering questions before departure.

Enjoy riding at your own pace, though we encourage staying together as a group. We take a mid-ride break for coffee and snacks.

GPX Files & Route Details

  • Our Mallorca cycling holidays include GPX route files, sent in advance for easy upload to your bike computer.
  • The roads are quiet and well-maintained, with some busier sections in towns.
  • Suitable for road bikes, with smooth tarmac surfaces.

Accommodation

Day 2 Ride to Sa Rapita & Felanitx

Day 2: Palma – Sa Rápita – Felanitx Loop 🚴☀️

Today’s ride takes us on a stunning circular route from Palma, heading southeast towards the coastal town of Sa Rápita, where we’ll enjoy beautiful sea views and smooth roads. From there, we turn inland, passing through rolling countryside and traditional Mallorcan villages on the way to Felanitx, a charming town surrounded by vineyards and historic sites.

Along the way, we’ll take a well-earned coffee stop, perfect for refueling before the return journey. The ride back follows quiet backroads and well-paved cycling lanes, bringing us smoothly back to Palma. 🚴💨

Day 3 Palma ,Andratx, Santa Maria del cami

Day 3: Palma – Andratx – Santa Maria del Camí Loop 🚴☀️

Today’s ride takes us west along the stunning coastal roads towards Andratx, a picturesque town nestled in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. We’ll enjoy smooth, rolling terrain with breathtaking sea views before heading inland through peaceful countryside and charming villages.

A well-earned coffee stop along the way gives us time to recharge before continuing to Santa Maria del Camí, known for its vineyards and traditional Mallorcan charm. From here, we take scenic backroads for a smooth return to Palma. 🚴

Day 4 Lluc Major ,Santa Maria del cami

Day 4: Palma – Llucmajor – Santa Maria del Camí Loop 🚴☀️

Today’s ride takes us on a shorter  scenic loop from Palma .

Heading southeast towards Llucmajor, where smooth roads and rolling countryside make for perfect cycling. We’ll ride past open farmland and quiet lanes before turning north towards Santa Maria del Camí, a charming town known for its vineyards and local markets.

Along the way, we’ll enjoy a the usual well-earned coffee stop before cruising back to Palma on a mix of quiet backroads and smooth cycling lanes. A perfect shorter day in the saddle and an opportunity spend the afternoon visiting Palma

Today’s ride takes us on a scenic route from Palma to the beautiful coastal town of Cala d’Or, known for its sandy coves, crystal-clear waters, and picturesque marina. We’ll head east through rolling countryside and traditional Mallorcan villages, enjoying smooth roads and stunning views along the way.

A well-earned coffee stop gives us time to refuel before the return leg, which follows a mix of quiet backroads and flowing terrain back to Palma. A perfect blend of coastal beauty and great riding! 🚴

Day 6: Palma – Alcúdia 🚴☀️

Today, we leave Palma behind and ride towards the stunning northern coast, arriving in Alcúdia, where the second part of our Mallorca adventure begins. Our route takes us through rolling countryside, past charming villages, and along smooth roads perfect for cycling.

A well-earned coffee stop along the way gives us time to refuel before reaching our next hotel in Alcúdia. From here, we’ll explore a whole new side of the island, with incredible coastal and mountain rides to come! 🚴

Day 7 Sa Collabra

Day 7: Alcúdia – Sa Calobra Loop 🚴☀️

Today’s ride features one of Mallorca’s most iconic climbs, as we cycle from Alcúdia to Sa Calobra. Known for its dramatic scenery and famous switchbacks, this ride offers stunning views with every turn. The winding roads take us through beautiful landscapes ,coffee at the viaduct for those that wish before heading down to the secluded beach of Sa Calobra.

As we begin the climb back up, you can either soak in the breathtaking views or challenge yourself against the times of some of the greatest riders in the world who have conquered this road.

After reaching the top, we’ll descend  back to Alcúdia, taking in the impressive surroundings along the way. A truly unforgettable ride! 🚴💨

 

Day 8 Sa Pobla ,Inca, Lloseta, Selva ,Pollenca.

Today’s ride takes us on a beautiful circular route through the heart of Mallorca, starting and ending in Alcúdia. We’ll head to Lloseta, a charming town nestled in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, before continuing on to Selva, where we’ll enjoy scenic views and quiet, winding roads.

Next, we’ll cycle through the picturesque village of Pollença, known for its historic charm and stunning surroundings. After soaking in the beauty of the area, we’ll make our way back to Alcúdia, completing a rewarding day of varied terrain and unforgettable landscapes. 🚴💨

Day 9 Santa Magdalena, & Mancor de la val

Today’s ride takes us on a challenging and scenic circular route from Alcúdia, featuring two iconic monastery climbs. We’ll first head towards Santa Magdalena, a stunning ascent that offers spectacular views as we make our way up to the monastery. After soaking in the beauty, we’ll continue to manacor de la val and santuari de Santa Lucia.  another scenic climb with breathtaking vistas of the surrounding countryside.

Along the way, we’ll take a well-earned coffee stop to recharge before tackling the return leg to Alcúdia. The ride combines challenging climbs with amazing views, making for a truly memorable day! 🚴

Day 10 Santa Maria & The Orient

We’ll cycle towards Santa Maria, known for its charming village atmosphere, before heading up to the stunning Orient, a small village nestled in the Tramuntana mountains with breathtaking views.

From Orient, we’ll descend through the beautiful Campanet Valley, enjoying lush landscapes and quiet roads. Along the way, we’ll stop for a well-deserved coffee break to recharge before continuing the ride back to Alcúdia. This route offers a perfect mix of scenic climbs, peaceful valleys, and unforgettable views! 🚴

Day 11 Petra & Sineau

Along the way, we’ll stop for a relaxing coffee break, giving us a chance to recharge before making our way back to Alcúdia. This route offers a great mix of rolling countryside, charming villages, and quiet roads, making for a fantastic day of cycling! 🚴
